phyliciaj3 is right regarding Miley being 14. I took a look at a site that that has a J-14 magazine interview with her. It appears to be last month's issue most likely and it refers to Miley as being 14. Plus I've found info on another fan site that CW11 News recently had Miley on their show and the show's host or anchor lady referred to Miley as being 14 as well.
I've been trying to search for the others but haven't found anything yet. If I do, I'll edit my answer with the info.

Edited: Mitchel is at least 15 years old. Found a fan site that he and his family are in contact with so I'll provide a link to it for proof.

Jason Earles is not 29. That is an error on the imdb website. He is in his early 20s.

Wow somewhat? i'm in certainty as schocked as you. Yeah he does look old, yet i in no way might've thought that he replaced into 30 years old. i assumed he replaced into like sixteen or 18. Wow what a ask your self.
