Jerry Orbach portrayed Det. Lennie Briscoe for over a decade on Law and Order. I know that his character retired to get a part time job with D.A.'s office, on the short lived Trial by Jury. However I still thought they would have made some mention of his passing.

I mean I'm asking because I always thought he was a lad, what with him being called George and all. But the thing is though, he's PINK!! This used to bug me and my sister a lot when we were younger. i asked my 6 year old neice if she watches looney tunes and she had no idea what is or was. i'm sure most of them are familiar with the characters (bugs, daffy, etc). i loved it. i miss my cartoons :(
