Rock and Pop

I mean its music is still populer after thirty or 40 years. Although slightly changed a little the music that me and my friends listen to like AC/DC or Iron Butterfly or Deaf Leoperd I latter find out to my suprise that my parents also enjoyed when they were kids. This amazes me, unlike disco or hip hop that dies out in a decade, rock still seems to be alive. How does that happen?

I absolutely love this band, but i am looking for more information on it. First of all, Does Gerard Way have a Girlfriend? How many albums have they released? What were there names (Albums?)

it's from either the 60's or 70's, is slow, and has a male voice. parts of the chorus are like "i've seen the sun" "i've seen fire" and "i've seen lonely days when i could not find a friend"

I perfer ROCK. Hip hop is so degrading, they flash their money when ppl are in need, saying that getting money and banging "biitches and hoes", and diamonds on their teeth when kids in Africa are starving to search diamonds for food. Hip hop has too much profanity, and yes Rock has some too, but barely.
