Music - 20 August 2007

I simply don't know how to develop these songs. My knowledge of theory/composition is very limited, so obviously that's something I need to work on, but any suggestions would be appreciated. I know for some people, my songs will probably sound very predictable for your seasoned ears :p

people iv shown this to have said that the first song sounds like Copland and the second one sounds like a Grieg piano concerto... I'm not very familiar with any of those composers, but I thought that was interesting...

all of this was recorded using a yamaha keyboard and a cheap mic, so forgive me if the sound is terrible...

why did jimmy page and robert plant & group pick led zepplin for the group name.how did that come about. looks like my fav all time group may do 1 more tour,and john bonham's son will play drums for them. wow, what a show that would be. his son is now touring and playing drums for foreigner. all these years i thought i understood the group name but there must be a story behind it.

It's called S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. by One be Lo. If you like real hip hop... CHECK it out. I have no idea why this cat is so slept on, his lyrics , metaphors, and his style of rhyming are really good. This is probably one of my favorite CDs of all time.

Is there any good programs for Windows Xp that teach you to play the keyboard. Or any good books? It talks about the Days of the Week, like it's monday, tuesday, don't do nothing on Wednesday, because we are going to party like it's the weekend or something like that. It has almost like a techno beat and a couple guys sing it. It's like partying for the weekend or something.

I'm making one of those windows movies out of a whole bunch of pictures of my niece and my brother. I need a good song about a father and daughter relationship. Hes been raising her on his own since birth so i need something just about the 2 of them. Also keep in mind his daughter is only 3 so a song like butterfly kisses won't really work.
