I really liked "The Saga Begins" which was a parody of "American Pie" by Don McLean with a Star Wars twist. Pretty much anything off his Running With Scissors album. It's so hard to choose.

But from his early days:

Eat it (parody of Michael Jackson's Beat it)
Smells Like Nirvana (Smells Like Teen Spirit)
Like a Surgeon (parody of Like a Virgin)
The Beverly Hillibillies (parody of Money For Nothing)

I've written a new Christmas song in the old style. It is copyrighted and registered with BMI. Are there any singers or musicians looking for something new? I know it's a little early to be thinking about Christmas but I thought I'd ask.

The sound of the tune is regge( reggae-not sure of the right spelling) and ska.
I have heard it a few times,and the chorus goes:
' I dont like regge...I love it'.
I clould not catch the name of the song or the name of the musician (band) who performs it. The radio DJ mentioned 10CC,but its not theirs i think.
Can you help me out?

I need a baby name for my baby and I want it to be like emo/rock kinda. Its a boy so please give me a good name. I really like Fall Out Boy and I want to name it after Pete and Patrick but Patrick Peter doesnt sound good and neither does Peter Patrick. Any good ideas?

I know most of the well known metal bands. I'm looking for bands that aren't that well known. I like heavy guitars and vocals that i can understand what they're saying. Anybody know of any?

I like virtually all music, and I've been looking for some new stuff to listen to. My fave type of music tends to be more of a celtic/folklore type thing (My favorite artist is Loreena McKennitt). So whats yours? List whatever genres/artists/songs you want to. (I'll be looking for at least some of them later)

Does anyone know what this guy (Spencer Chamberlain from Underoath) uses around his microphone?

I'm not really a fan, but I just wanted to know because I sing in a band and I tend to do a lot of mic spins and what not.

I don't think that he uses electrical tape because the lines on the microphone aren't lines made from wrapping layer upon layer of tape around it, but if anyone knows what it really is, i'd appreciate it.
