it was used in sex and the city once when carrie went to her friend's prom cos his date stood him up, and they danced to it at the end of the episode. it was also in a ad for a mobile phone network with a little chinese girl running behind a red gauzy curtain in a courtyard with a cupcake and the cherry on top started singing the song and she screams and runs away. thanks

I have been practiceing with a chanter for 4 years and recently bought a set of bagpipes but I do not have any idea how to use them...(ie I dont know anything about seasoning the bag, what the plugs are for,i know nothing of the reeds or any general maintenence tips, not to mention actually playing them) can somebody help me figure this out? I am also in an area where there really no bagpipe player around to ask.
