I heard a song on college radio years ago that was unforgettable. No artist or song title is known, and the lyrics I thought I heard ("......riding down the streets on the back of a vaaaan") were probably a fabrication of my own musing to sing to while I reminisced the tune. Melody? B B B B, BB, A A A B. [B B B B, BB AAA GF#] The section is brackets is the section that accompanied the lyrics up above. Genre: electronica. My thought process behind posting this vague query? I do remember very clearly that a DJ says "Biaaaaatch!" XD which makes me hopeful due to process of elimination that someone may have heard of this song. Other pathetic fragments I think I recall... there is a very talky part, with raspy rapping. (or am I searching too hard?) Anyway, if anyone could actually produce an artist and title from all these nonsencial clues and found the techno song that turned my world upside down, I would be incredibly thankful. >_< "biaaatch!"

Since The Beatles I don't believe there has been a band with the musical variety and originality as well as the ability to be as popular as they are without falling into the generic over radio played category that most mainstream bands do nowadays.

Even with underground bands I haven't found the talent that Radiohead has.

In your opinion what current band can possibly top them in everything; popularity, musical variety, orginality, great live performance.

My only criticism is in some songs Thom York's lyrics are a little tough to interpret. And Thom can tend to slur his words.

Everyone knows "We are the Champion", "Under Pressure" sampled by Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby, "We Will Rock You", "Bohemian Rhapsody" (remember the Mountain Dew commercial and that scene from Wayne's World) "Another one bites the dust" "Crazy Little thing called Love" (Everyone thought this was an Elvis song) however it seems everyone under the age of 21 don't even know who originated these well known songs. Their name is two words. The one song I heard of theirs had a hard rock sound, kinda of an Evanescence feel, but she sings in a lower range. I believe they have at least two albums.
