Since The Beatles I don't believe there has been a band with the musical variety and originality as well as the ability to be as popular as they are without falling into the generic over radio played category that most mainstream bands do nowadays.

Even with underground bands I haven't found the talent that Radiohead has.

In your opinion what current band can possibly top them in everything; popularity, musical variety, orginality, great live performance.

My only criticism is in some songs Thom York's lyrics are a little tough to interpret. And Thom can tend to slur his words.

If anyone gives good reason to why another band of any era (beside The Beatles) may give Radiohead a run for their money then you'll get the best answer. Otherwise then whoever most adequetly describes Radiohead.

The bands these days arent very good. Hard to beat Radiohead. They've been around for years now and still going strong.

i will in basic terms remark on Slayer right here. i don't think of they're as super as some human beings lead them to out to be. I definitely have considered them stay many cases. i don't be attentive to why i proceed to assist them. I observed Slayer some month in the past in Toronto. they're definitely uninteresting stay. it sort of feels as though they gave up on music only like Metallica has. they have had some super albums interior the previous besides as that they have got been in no way as solid as a number of their friends like Kreator, Exodus, Overkill or Megadeth. Slayer is powerful for the infants. it is somewhat accessable and that's a solid creation to thrash. they are actually not too frightening considering that they play with halfassed bands like Mastodon and Rob Zombie. (I hate the term puffed up)

His voice has touched me like no others. It's very soft at first, and then finally throughout the song, he SIIIIINGGGGGGS and it pierces through your soul. It's like nothing you've heard before.

I love Radiohead for that reason.

I really loved the song "True Love Waits", the lyrics are a bit odd but that's probably why I love the song.
