I here this song on the radio sometimes for modern rock....it goes like this:
"Is anybody out there? Does anybody care?" in the chorus then it is a talking about wanting to know and fooling. it actually says f-f-f-f-fooling over and over again a couple of times.

Thanx the radio doesn't say who it is at all.
