I'm a singer and people ask me that question a lot. All I can say is that the human brain is an incredible thing capable of holding an infinite amount of information. It takes practice and repetition.

It's all about simple repetition. Sometimes actors/actresses/singers flub a little bit for whatever reason, or a line will have a different cadence because of other things going on around them, but if that didn't happen, then no songs, plays, or movies would be very interesting for very long.
