I'm tired of reading topics bashing really great musicians. The fact is, there has got to be someone out there that strikes a chord with everyone. There has got to be someone that no matter what genre of music you listen to, you can't deny that they are a great musician. Therefore, I propose we award the Yahoo! So, there's a boy I like, who may like me, and I'm making him a cd. Originally, I was going to do, I like you, but I started thinking. He likes Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, as do I, so I started thinking of something like PLEASEBEMYJOEL, or BETHEJOELTOMYCLEM.

I need songs that start with these letters though, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I already have some picked out.

We're both partial to indie rock, indie folk, that kind of stuff.

This will be tough stipulation for some but you have to choose based the quality on all aspects:Lyrics,vocals,instruments.So not necessary your favorite but the greatest based on these factors.

So i got a guitar, almost 2 years ago. I have been playing piano for around 8 years, taking off some time this past year, and another a few years ago. But i was never able to grasp the whole minor/major thing, OR chords. So im trying to learn to play my guitar, have 2 different DVD's, but im just looking for a site online, that could help me understand chords better, and how to play them, and the difference from one type of B chord, to the next. Basicaly, do you know a REALLY good guitar help site? Sorry this was so long. Thanks!!!!

I am an aspiring singer/songwriter and I plan to start recording anytime soon for an album. But before I do that, I want to know if there is anyways to improve my voice? I can sing naturally (Dont confuse me with those American Idol rejects who can't hit a note to save theif life) but I want to get better. I believe lessons would help, but they are TOO expensive for my budget at the given time, So i'm wondering if any of you know of any methods or exercises I can do, or if there is a way I should be holding my lips/body/mouth to sing a certain note. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
