it got so commercialised, the only half-decent bands still around are autechre, aphex twin and radiohead (i dont know what kraftwerk and tangerine dream sound like these days).

i mean, you listen to a lot of dance and its just some generic drum beat, some similar noise and either a generic female singer or a high-pitched hamster thing.

I want to put together a cd for hubby for xmas, but I am musically retarded, I have included some examples in the question, however some of the bands he likes are: Judas Priest, Dokken, Scorpions, Sabbath, Ozzy, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, SteveVai, Malmsteen, Rush, Creed, so I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction, I am getting tired of listening to sample previews to find the right one song, it took me hours to find Metallica Tribute to Cliff, we both enjoy metal music but its nice to kick back when the kids are sleeping and listen to something we can both enjoy, so if anyone can help me please!!!! I would prefer the music have no words like the above examples and be slowish, weepy I hope you understand, thanks a million!!!!

Alot of sub-profiles are made using the same name and songs as another artist, usually by someone who just wants to add a song to their profile that's not on the original artist's profile. okay, here are some bands that i am into.......

i love my chemical romance, simple plan, sum 41, lifehouse, hinder, the used, blink 182, red jumpsuit apparatus, hallifax, hellogoodbye, the ataris, afi, greenday, aiden, and a bunch of other ones. anyway there haven't really been any new songs out and i am getting sick of listening to the same songs over and over again. any suggestions? if you list a band please list a song or two. thanks!
