We know that a rock band (for example) generally consists of a lead singer, a lead guitarist, a bass guitarist and a drummer. I'm thinking of the Beatles, The Who, Guns N' Roses as examples. Where did this band structure develop and what was the first band to have this structure? Was it The Beatles? That is the earliest band I can think of with that type of structure.

Most recently, this has been obvious with Sandi Thom of 'I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair' fame.
You wouldnt know she has a very strong scottish accent until you hear her speak- it definately is not detectable in her songs.

i saw this video yesterday on fuse, im going to try to explain it. bear with me please! the girl who was the main singer in the band had a red cross type of cross on her arm ( it was black) and .... i remember that one of the lines in the song was "the drugs dont work anymore". in the end of the video there is a scene like a horror moive where some guy say " im the guy whos gonna save your ***" and then something breaks through the window and grabs him. :) im sorry that i cant give more information but if you do happen to know what im talking about, please tell me the name of the song because i wanted to buy it!

Personally I love listening to video game music. Especially if it's from an old nintendo game. Like love all the Gameboy Tetris music. (Music A, Music B, Music C). My favorite game soundtrack of all time however is the The Legend Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (Zelda 64) OST. The music in that game is amazing and I'm glad it plays a huge part of the game. That's part of the reason why I loved that game.

Does anybody else feel this way about game music? If so, tell me your favorites and give me any suggestions.
