has anyone ever heard the song bad touch (discovery channel) by the blood hound gang and what do u think of it i love it esp the video it is so random and funny.

Can anyone please help me with the basic laws for using Karaoke tracks? We are a small karaoke group and we have been sharing karaoke tracks with each other (FREE) is it legal?
Also, if I want to do the same on web and upload various karaoke tracks to share with members only, give credit to the karaoke cd maker, will we be violating any copyright laws? Appreciate assistance and guidelines.

I'm looking for info on a song from I'm guessing the 40's or 50's, and it may be called something like "the Unreachable Star". I heard it when I was at my grandparents house, and I absolutely love it! The man who sang it had one of the purest, most beautiful voices I've ever heard.
