It seems like they changed their drummers and their people on bass every year. Any particular reason?

i think it's a fairly recent song. sounds pop, with some choir singing in the background. the singer is female, sound just a bit like sarah mclaughlin. Any guesses? i really like the song. i can hear it in my head, i just can't find it. thank you.

I am taking my music theory exam TOMMOROW!! and need to be asured of a number of things:

1. melodic scales (I can never remember what notes to sharpen and I remember it, descending in the relative key but I need to be assured)
2. Different tempo's, performance directions, words marked on the music needed to be known for Grade5 Theory I need to know.
3. Intervals.
