whats dat song called? its in one part of the movie. i think its 80's im not sure, maybe 70's, but its surely not modern. cant understand the lyrics but i understand 2 words :P "all night". the singer is a girl.

Panic! At the Disco's song 'I write sins not tragedies' is on frequent airplay here. I noticed one station has an edit that removes the word 'wh**e' and replaced it with a 'hush'. It sounds ridiculous!! It kills the entire song.

Yesterday I heard the Blue October song 'Hate Me' and they blurbed out the word 'porno' from the lyrics. Porno isn't even a dirty word!

I live in a big metropolitan area and I can't understand why some stations play the cd version and others the jacked up edited version.

I enjoy singing but my voice seems weak when I record it, I don't think my range is fantastic either but I can stay in tune to most rock/pop songs. Is there a way to determine how I could get the best out of my voice or what type of music would my voice best suite ? Are there certain keys in music that are easier for men to sing in or is it trail and error ?

i've always heard that rock was "3 chords and the truth" and i was getting frustrated with this heavy metal stuff. a band can't have respect anymore unless they can whip out a 2 minute solo. rock is about rebellion. thats why i listen to punk. but my guitar playing proficieny has gotten to the point where i can bash out power chords, and i realized all the bands i had idolized were doing exactly what i was doing. but i don't want to go back to learning the lamo guitar. i want to make punk rock sound beyond 3 heavily distorted power chords. what do you think?
