No, not aerosmith cause that's, "I don't want to miss a thing", a country guy sings the one that I'm thinking of and I would like to know WHO is it. Does anyone know? I can hear it in my mind but can't place who it is and he sings those words; "Im gonna miss you when I'm gone" or is it, "you better kiss me, cause your gonna miss me when Im gone"?

2nd question; What's a good country love song that a guy sings? Please name some for me. (I don't know much country) My fiance loves all music but he loves a lot of country love songs from male singers.

what's the difference between raggeaton, hyphy, rap, hip-hop music? When did it start? Why do people like to listen to it? I like too, but sometimes i just don't get what the meaning behind a song is except for cuss words and so i think they are worthless to listen to. what do you like to listen to? Give some examples; i just want to know out of curiousity, ty.

We all know rock'n'roll has its roots in the US. However, when I look at the list of great *enduring* rock bands, so few, if any, of them are American. What I mean is, America has never produced a band equal to The Who, or Led Zepellin, or The Stones, or (not that I am a fan) Pink Floyd.

Yes, I know there is Aerosmith, but, their history, in truth, has always been one of come and go. Great for a year, 2 rocking songs, but then they disappear for another 6 until a soundtrack song is required.

Anyhow, my question is, why do you think this is? Is it because (and I am asking here, not 'declaring') British bands are better? Or is it that American bands have searched for something else?

PS Let's please keep the answers to BANDS. I know the British never had an Elvis or Janis Joplin, but my question is about bands.

I have a deep speaking voice, well deep for a girl anyway. I want to be a singer, but I honestly hate my voice. Is there any way that I can make it better or lighter? I also keep hearing that you're suppose to sing from your diaphragm, but what exactly is the diaphragm?

...Faith conference, & I really liked the CD. I wanted some women in my church to have the CD as well 'cause it's so good. I decided to make about 10 copies of the CD & am planning on GIVING them to the women in my church for free (honest to God, I am not planning on selling them. I'm too afraid of going to jail!). I use Napster to burn the CD's. On the 7th CD that I went to burn, a message popped up on Napster saying to "remember that Napster music is for personal use only and the music is not intended for distribution". It went ahead and burned the CD. I guess it catches on when it notices that you burn the same playlist several times onto disc. Is it illegal to make copies of music that you are GIVING AWAY, since you are not selling it? I knew that it was illegal to sell the CD's but am not sure if the same rule applies if you give them away as gifts. 10 of the 12 songs that are on the playlist are from the CD that I originally paid for. The other 2, I paid for & downloaded.
