It's sung by Alan Jackson with Jimmy Buffett, and written by Jim "Moose" Brown and Don Rollins. I know its on Alan Jackson's greatest hits volume 2, but I dont think Jimmy Buffett released it by his selft. You can also listen to it on launch.

(And, in my travels, I learned that it was also the title of a Slash Snakepit album. I'm not sure what you mean by simular though. If you think of whatelse your looking for, post more details?)
