I've noticed that most albums have bonus tracks when released in Europe/Australia, but when albums are released in Japan, there are always extra tracks that aren't seen anywhere else.

An example is Beyonce's new album B'day - the European/Australian release has three extra songs, and the Japanese release has those three songs plus another one called "Creole".

Is there are particular reason record companies decide to release albums in Japan with more songs than everywhere else?

I'm looking for a song that was in a cellphone commercial not to long ago. The commercial might still being airing.
The only line I can remember was:
"You've got a strange affect on me and I like it"
It was a woman sing and the music was very moody.
I want to know who sings this song and what the title of the song is. Please help. Thanks.

I like Silver Bullet(demo version), Wake up Call, Dissolve and Decay, Speeding up the Octaves, Dead in the Water, I am on your Side, This is who we are. Which album u like better "Silence in Black and White, or If only you were lonely. I like the 1st one better, thats the true Hawthorne Heights sound, I like the 2nd one too, but the poseurs killed it.
