I really want to learn to play elecric guitar so I went out and bought one of those starter packs for about £200 and I have no idea where to start some people say learn the basic chords others tell me to pick a band I adore get their tabs and just keep playing them till I know them off by heart.

A friend recently recommended I listen to a song by them Called Flight Of The Icarus, and knowing they are a heavy metal band, I dont know wether or not to listen to them. Basicly I'm cautious with what I listen to. I know they aren't as band as a Black Metal band would be but I wanna be sure I'm not listening to demonic music, or like anything like that.

is My Chemical Romance Gothic? because I was watching the F/List on fuse the other day, and the number one video to the "Dark Side Of Warped Tour" was "Helena" by My Chem.... everyone says that he's Gothic,etc. he wears colors ocasionally.(i think that's how it's spelled)...
anyway, are they Gothic?

I need some suggestions of some new music to listen to in Spanish, because I've been listening to all the music I have for far too long now.

What I like: I LOVE Bebe (the singer from Spain, Pafuera telarañas, not Bebe Winans), Ska-P, some Molotov, some Cafe Tacuba, Ozomatli, and I LOVE Ojos de Brujo, Federico Aubele... I love music that is a mix of a bunch of different styles, it's so much more interesting.

What I DON'T like: I don't really like pop music in any language, so none of the following: La Oreja de Van Gogh, Juanes (even though some call him rock en español), Shakira (I like a couple of her songs, but she doesn't really do a lot for me), etc. I don't like reggaeton, but I do like some hip hop in Spanish.

Any suggestions??! Gracias!

I would only be using the music they already have to customize a cd that they'll enjoy without downloading from the internet or using my own cd's to create copies.

Went to a Fifty Cent concert with son and the attendance was weak. Took him to Slayer and it was sold out. Fifty is being played everywhere and he even has a movie, it does not add up.
