The movie is probably late 70's or 80s. The crew have a scanner which tracks the alien in the ship's vents and the crew take turns to go after it. But it ends up killing them each time.

At the end of the film the alien actually becomes helpful and has telekenetic power which it use to help the remaining crew fix the ship.I rememeber a scene where the alien levitates a spanner (or tool) over to one of the crew members.

I also think the alien was pink and resembles Crang from teenage mutant ninja turtles (i.e. looks like a pink pile of sh!t with eyes).

If anyone answers Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 or Alien Resurrection, I'll be very dissapointed...

Why do they contract the name of Kareena Kapoor's heroine in K3G from Pooja to "Poo"?
Is Poo supposed to sound cute?
Or is it an allusion to the girl's nasty & crappy character?
Maybe I'm not catching up, but I just cannot think of "Poo" as a classy girl's name!
Does it have a particular meaning in Hindi that I simply don't know?
It is hilarious.
