Ok silly me set the video player up to tape paycheck last night, it taped an hour and a bit and then cut off! Can anyone tell me what happens at the end??

You have to actually watch the movie. Rent it out on DVD or something, because it's agreat movie, and it's not worth having someone spoil it by telling you the end. Besides, it's hard to explain. Have fun;)

Ben and Uma went back to the complex. they fixed the machine, looked into the future and saw Ben die. then the bad guys kicked the door down, the heroes escaped and using some really good hit and run tactics fought off the bad guys for a good ten minutes, then Ben locked Uma out, saying with deep affection ,"If you love me go away." then the main baddie comes in, they fight, end up on the spot Ben is supposed to die. Uma had been captured, is also brought to the catwalk. bad guy starts bragging, unknown to everyone, there's an assassin in the back. the assassin fires, Ben's watch goes off. the heroes duck, bad guy gets the bullet, place explodes, heroes escape, cops are stunned, the end.
and they win the lottery. the heroes i mean.

i watched it it was gr8. they went 2 destroy the machine n locked themselves in the lab. the thugs n the fbi ppl wanted them 2 fix it and then capture them. in the end uma thurman n ben affleck fixed machine and then put a bullet onto a cylinder thing to blow the machine up while an fbi bloke was looking at it. everyone got blown about. there was a brilliant scene at the end where ben is meant to get shot but he jumps out of the way and they escape n nearly everyone is killed. at the very end it shows uma and ben working in their own garden centre thing and remember the lottery numbers?? well they find the lottery ticket undaneath the bird cage thing. and win!!! hope this is ok not gr8 tho sorry xxx

He wakes up and realises it was all a bad dream.
No, seriously, you're lucky to have not wasted your time with it. I regret not being able to get that 90 minutes of my life back.
The answer has already been given. He destroys the machine, thus saving humanity (whoop-dee-doo!), gets the girl, wins the lottery and lives happily ever after (we presume).

yeah towars the end ben affleck and uma thurman reach the future computer there ben affleck sees his future ,that he dies and he destroys it so that it cannot be used for any evil purpose ...ben affleck doesn't die and uma thurman she is a biologist he gets few million dollars he sees in his past that he would be getting this from his lover in future
