This is a very good question, but I would like to add Robocop to the mix. I think Robocop could beat any/all of the above because a) he's half man, half machine, all cop, and b) because he has a gun in his leg.
If you put some thought into it you can easily see I'm right. He's one tough customer, our Robocop.
