The only films where the actors actually have sex during the loves scenes are in the porn industry. In ANY other film it is only camera angles that give the illusin that more is happening than actually is.

There's definitely no sex. Imagine 2 actors doing it infront of all the crew members. The camera is able to focus in such a way that sex takes place and making them fully naked sometimes but they are not naked.
Only porn movies does that.

in most slandered movies no they do not have actual sex(they do however have little underwear things that look like flesh and some actors wear them and for the ones that don't some of the actors and actress have their better half on the set)

In the movie "The Brown Bunny" directed by Vincent Gallo, he plays the lead and his real life girlfriend Chloe Sevigny plays his girlfriend in the movie. She actually gives him real oral sex in the film. It was very controversial!

apparently it is very clinical with the actors being told where to kiss,place hands how hard to breathe etc but if you ask me it would have to be very hard not to be aroused while pashing someone intensely and having your hands on their bodies.I think this is why they so often have love affairs off set as well as on.
