OK, this the last movie question I'm asking at Yahoo! Answers today! This movie was about a man, living in a small village, who got supernatural powers after one night it lightens. For example, he is able to smash a glass to bits when he was drinking in the village saloon. Any ideas?

The main characters of the movie were a father and his son. They were living a very routine life, doing always the same things: They would go out for dinner and have the same meal every time, for example. One day, there is a sports tournament in the boy's school and the boy should have a parent with him to participate. He knows that his father is such an inactive man and that it is impossible to win the tournament with such a father, so he persuades an athletic man in his neighborhood to accompany him. When the father realizes that, he resolves to do something because he realizes that his relationship with his son is not very well. Then they start doing things together: For example, they both change their eyeglasses to contact lenses and so on.

A very long time ago, I have seen a movie on the TV and really liked it. The story was about 3-4 teenagers who would one day, for some reason, jump on a train and for some other reason would stand trial. These are the only snapshots I can remember. Can you help me finding the movie's name please?

From VH1's I love the 80's, they talked about a movie in which a white kid posed as a black kid in order to get a college scholarship. People on the show referred to the movie as "BlackFace" but I can't find anything on it. Does anyone know the name of the movie or the actor who starred?

* i'm guessing in the $1-10 mil. i don't think it's really gonna be that spectacular. i think the only reason the movie will make ANY money is because is has Sylvester Stallone in it... that's about it.

* i got sick of the Rocky movies after about the 2nd movie!

I'm trying to find a movie that I used to watch when I was really young. It's about a girl who has some kind of magical powers, and some evil lady is trying to stop her. You have to have seen this movie to know this since I don't remember any lyrics. From what I remember, the song played at the opening scene where the older orphan girl Jesse (Pamela Adlon) was riding her bike down the street delivering newspapers. It's an "80s" song that I've only heard on the radio once in the past 10 years. It's not something that I've ever found on any 80s compliation and I'm starting to think it never even made the Top 100.

The movie was made for TV/Disney Channel. John Denver played the head of some sort of orphanage. It also starred Cindy Williams, Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler from Full House) and Jaleel White.

I got the whole idea of the movie, except for one thing...it left me wondering @ the end. When the crash happened & the woman died & it looked as if the girl (Joanna) died, but then Joanna opened her eyes, was that Really Anne's soul going into her body (because she did tell Terry she would come back to him) or did just somehow transfer those memories to Joanna, so she could solve the murder all of those years later?
