Out of the dozens and dozens, I'd probably pick The Third Man, a British thriller from 1949, starring Joseph Cotton, Trevor Howard and Orson Welles. It's a story of love, friendship and betrayal set in post-WW2 Vienna. Suspenseful, surprising, moving and thoughtful. A movie that asks questions we could all stand to think about. A classic, with an unforgettable musical score.

I would define my favorite movie as a movie that I could watch over and over again without getting sick of it...my favorites so far are dazed and confused and wish upon a star (it used to be on the disney channel, I'm not sure if they still run it nowadays)

I have several but if I had to narrow it down I'd say either Army of Darkness, Ghostbusters, The Princess Bride, or Equilibrium. Sorry, but I can't really get any narrower than that, they're all great flicks and I love them all.
