Personally, I kind of get it, but I also think that whether or not I "get it" is beside the point ... the cinematography is so beautiful, it's just worth absorbing from a purely "wow" point of view.

After reading the book I have finally watched the film. I never pictured Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon when i read the book. I think Hugh Grant would have been better. Who do you guys think shoudv'e played him?

It was on or before 1983. It was about a serial killer, who killed women, but he would make them say "i love you" and stuff. and in the end he was in an Orgy type place, and he had a chick on a waterbed and made her say "i love you" over and over, and he didn't believe her, so he killed her and the water went everywhere..
Not that it was a good flick, but i remember seeing it A LONG time ago, and amc had it on a couple months ago, and i can't remember the name.

If anyone remembers the movie Dark City(with Rufus Sewell) you remember its awesome movie trailer. Does anyone know if the music that's playing in the trailer is an actual song or just something made for the movie trailer. I have wanted that tune from the moment I first saw the movie trailer, but haven't been able to find it. Has anyone heard that tune anywhere else. If yes, whats the title and who's the artist. Can you tell me where to find it?

There was a movie made for TV, from the 70's, With a hit song from John Denver... ~ Sunshine on my shoulders ~ I can not remember the movie to save my soul... The movie was about a young couple with a young child. The Mother was dieing of cancer, The Father was a singer { The best I can remember } when the Mother dyed, The father was holding his child, with the song {sunshine on my shoulders} playing in the background.
~A big tear jurker~ from the 70's... I am looking so hard for the movie. Thought if, I would post a messege on Answers ~Just maybe someone could help ~ Thanks to answers I have recieved alot of help on here. Hope you all have a nice day~ and

Ive had a widescreen for quite a while & the main reason to get one was so I could watch movies the way the were meant to be seen, but every widescreen movie I own is still thinned out on the tv so you get the black spaces above & below the picture. I thought widesreens were supposed to cut this out? ? ?

Some movies even have subtitles inside the black spaces. Its as if the movie makers think we enjoy having our screens cut in half!
