no one ever gets the endings for japanese based horror films.
i didnt see it, but i think its setting up for the next movie

This is what I hate about movies.
They leave them to be more...like sometime in the future they plan on making another movie.
Look at Silent Hill, the ending is left OPEN. Thus they can make a possible Silent Hill 2.
The Hills Have Eyes...hello that had a open-question ending.
This movie wasn't good. It read through really what happened in The Grudge, nothing more. Great her mom dies...wow.
But nothing new to the story.
Thus they will make a Grudge 3, and maybe finally the huse will be burned down, and the woman and the boy with the cat voice will go back to the dead.
Thumbs down.
