I don't mean quotes or scenes that are rehashed and parodied from other movies over and over. I'm looking for general scenes and moments in a movie that are so over-used that they are formulaic.

Example: South Park mocked the "sports training montague" in one of their episodes.

If you have seen it, is it good? Bad? Can you compare it to other films in the same style? Tell me about it.

Maybe the storie line is even good, but there is just something about a low budget film thats not good. Sometimes even a good, hyped up move turns out to be that way. Like for instance, "Cinderella Man," and "A Beautiful Mind" were both very good...both by Imagine Entertainment and Directed by Ron Howard. But then I watched "The Missing" It was by Imagine and directed by Ron Howard, too. But it was very bad I though. I thought the story was bad, but there were also scenes in it that seemed sooooo low budget? Why do they do that?

I watched this film when I was younger, (i hid behind the sofa so my parents didnt know) I cant remeber what it was about all I remember is the ending. It was a woman in prison and she asked the carpenter to help her escape in a coffin, (she pretended to be dead) and then he would go dig her coffin up so she could escape. That all happened and when she had been buried she lit a match and the carpenter was dead next to her. My memory is a bit fuzzy as this was about 20 years ago. Any one have any clue what film this is??

the most memorable movie is not always the best movie you have seen. Which film do you find yourself thinking about or recalling from time to time. For me it is Requiem For A Dream amd Ellen Burstyn's heartbreaking performance

Would he not be brilliant, he gets into and lives his roles, his accent would probably be perfect, he'd probably build himself up for the action and can also(Pirates of the Carrabian etc) do the humour side of a good Bond(is definitely needed).
Plus next to De Nero & Pacino he's the greatest actor of his time, if not better but time will tell and his future output.

OK , i find this nerve racking.
let's say, you go into a shop and you happen to see someone for example like Tom Felton coming out from a nice day of shopping.
You are comming out of a shop across the street. you spot him. want to meet him. you are not like a teenie~bopper and just want to meet him and maybe chill with him like a regualr person and get ot know him as a freind.
the next thing you know, there is about10,000 girls/guys come trying ot mobbed him down which causes him to run and hide.
Then you feel annoyed because all you want to do is go up and meet him, ask him how his day was and ask him about his fishing happy. you know, the normal stuff.
Do you think that is really nessecary?
Who agrees? stars shout be treated like poeple.
Not sex idols!! yes, he is attrctive but we don't know him! lets get real. you go on his websites and see alot of love rubbish of poeple
who dont know him.
Who agrees with me?
