I think I remember a seeing a movie on TV many years ago about a man who was forced to submerge himself, head and all, in blue dye as a form of punishment. He went on to become a famous matador, and his apparently permanently blue skin was his gimmick. I think it was made in the 1960s, but I'm not sure.

The premise is almost too weird. Did I imagine this or does this movie really exist?

I did a little bit of searching on the internet to see if there was anything about the Second Summer of the Sisterhood coming out as a movie. I found this movie question/answer board, and a girl said it would be coming out November 2007. Is it true?? thanks!

I liked the scene in the bar (michael, Kameran, and Patrick) and the scene where Patrick sings "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," to Kat.

Common then! Fellas included! Whether it was Bambi's mum getting shot in the *** that put a lump in your throat or Simba pawing at his dead dad that had you telling your girlfriend that you had some thing in you eye. And lets see if the guys and girls agree on the same things, shall we!!!!

Most movies that have sequels its hard to beat the original movie, at least I think.
What movies do you think a sequel was as good or better then the original?

I'm thinking of waiting until the film is available on DVD. I didn't lose loved ones in the attacks, but I feel sad for those did. If you lost someone, I send my deepest condolences.

It's a recent make about a woman with quite a lot of kids, but all of her sons are autistic. Would be very interested in seeing it.

Thanks :)

And is the movie going public tired of the same formula crap? Are they turning to reality TV not because its good but simply because it's less predictable than your "correctly" written and produced movie? We spend so much time on A and B stories, character arcs, all is lost moments and the hero's journey so that we can emotionally connect with viewers.

But in Miami Vice there is none of that. Well, there's a B story, but no character arcs or many other of the "correct" moments of a movie. Instead, you get a lot of spectacle, and bad assed people doing bad assed things.

I saw this movie with a group, and all of us agreed that is was an unusual movie, but engaging none the less. At first I thought it was a little simplistic. Now I am wondering if it is genius.

Your thoughts?

A quote in Empire had one of the producers saying that it will have the same effect that Jurassic park had when it first came out.

Then he said "Imagine two car traveling at 100 mph battling and then tranforming in mid air still fighting!"

Shiver......... I'm 12 years old again!
