The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Character formation was superb. The scope of the movie was so large that you could feel as if you were on Middle Earth living the trials and tribulations of Frodo and Samwise. The authenticity of the way the characters socialized on Middle Earth was so believable. The special effects were done so well that they didn't seem out of place. It was as if all the magic and moving trees just belonged there naturally. It all felt so real. The make up for the orcs and their props were just incredible. Even the battle scenes' strategem was true to form. The way the elves were characterized were so true to what I would have imagined an elf would act after reading the book. They were just so etheral. Needless to say I truly enjoyed the entire series and wanted more after it was complete. Sometimes there are just stories where you ask: "Why can't it just go on forever?"

My favorite isn't a movie, but a mini-series.... Pride and Prejudice staring Colin Firth! It is so amazing and so close to the book! I love the story, characters, and acting!
I don't actually have an all time favorite move; it varies on a daily basis... lol! Right now, I think that it would be Legally Blond. I love the lines and the story! Reese Witherspoon is an amazing actress!

The best movie of all time is "Pride and Prejudice". I like the new one, with Keira Knightly and Matthew MacFadyen, much more than the older one. The book is excellent also.
