Oh yes the greatest mob/gangster film ever made as far as I can see, Pacino plays the best character I have ever seen Tony Montoya.
He radiates style and has the greatest catchphrase and the most violent scene ever where he cuts these guys arms off.

CATCHPHRASE: So, You want to play rough? Say hello to my little friend.

The best Scarface is the 1932 Howard Hawks version, although I'm guessing you're interested in Brian De Palma's 1983 bloated monster of a movie. It's worth seeing, but Carlito's Way is far superior.

The SCARFACE with Al Pacino? It was one of the worst movies I have ever seen and was so bad I bought a copy of it and watch it about once a month. It is spectacular in it's horribleness.

I have seen Scarface and it is a decent film. You may not want to overlook that film and maybe rent a copy.

I didn't know there were people out there that haven't seen it yet. Basically it is a good movie. A little bit over the top in some of the shoot-outs and a bit nasty, but sometimes, nasty is good.

If you don't mind a lot of swearing and blood, you might like or even love it. It's really a modern classic with an unforgettable central performance and some great lines.

More of a boys film than a girls, but I think it is one of the best ever pieces of cinema. Pure class!
