I thought it was a great combination of the book and the ALW musical. I was a little dissapointed that the Phantom didn't have as good a singing voice as Michael's though...(But he was really cute..so it made up for it....Who would have thought...a cute Phantom????)

There was a movie about 10-15 years ago out.. I believe it starred Lawrence Fishburne and Sam Neill .. it was set in space and they were supposed to go onto a ship that was haunted.. I think the movie's name was the name of the ship, unsure though. The movie scared the living crap out of me when I saw it ... Just curious as to what the name is cuz I've completely forgotten ...

It is not a coincidence that United 93 DVDs will go on sale in stores on September 5 - six days before September 11th.

It is not a coincidence that the movie World Trade Center will be released 33 days before September 11th.

These are marketing ploys put into effect to raise DVD and theater ticket sales. Call me crazy, but I'm sure that these movies have more significance than that to government.

Think about this before you answer the question I have posed below.

...

Do you want to contribute to the the atrocities of these movies being made and released and used to profit from the tragedies that occured on September 11th? Do you want the 9/11 deaths to become the property of a bank that all these fat executives are sitting on so happily?

They are using this tragedy against us to profit from it.

Do you really want to buy it?

I'd have to go with the Wild Bunch. High Noon, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and Shane would be runners up.

I really liked the film because it managed to make you scared and keep you in suspense without exaggeration or showing too much blood like most thrillers nowadays.

It's overblown and looks rather miniscule next to the original Scarface from the '30s.

A long time ago I saw a comedy movie on TV (actors were British) about this rich guy and his nephew? who were going around out of boredom spending their money for kicks. One example was they bought expensive art just to cut out the nose and throw the rest away in the horror of the museum owner... I remember it being hilarious at the time and would love to find it and watch it again. I don't think it was Monty Python but I don't know
