On recent movie trailers on TV these days are shown in widescreen for example? Why widescreen?

These parents go on vacation but are taken by aliens. The wife is to marry the ruler (?) and the husband goes to save her. They escape and come back home to the kids.

There is one part I remember well however. The wife is being guarded by this fuzzy bearlike creature. It's nice. She helps it get with this other female fuuzzy bearlike creature. So I believe it lets her go.

I can't believe how much money The Passion made and how much Christian support and awards it got. It was the idea of Mel Gibson while he was high on drugs!! Granted, it didn't stray from the bible, but come on! I thought it was just a long torture flick - just like Reservoir Dogs only with JC instead of a Mob guy. Plus we all knew what was going to happen. I think it was the most overrated film ever, what do you think?

I've never seen the movie, and no one has told me about it, but looking at the movie webstie "blairwitch.com" it could easily be something that might have actually happened. I still intend to see the movie, so do your very best not to add any spoilers, I just want to know if it real footage or based on a true story or anything like that.

I personally liked it a lot... but think the 1st part was better.
