Has anyone seen the Unrated edition of "Darkness"?

What age audience would it be suitable for? Is it much different than the theatrical version? What mature content does the unrated edition have that the theatrical dosen't? Please help!!

I didn't really enjoy the movie. I guess it's ok for PG-13 audience.
