these are basic vhs. the kind you buy at the store, but when i went to record on dvd said copyright protected and i know that this is not so. if anyone has any ideas or perhaps methods around this please help. I AM DESPERATE TO BACK THESE UP ON DVD!!!

I always see the last 5 minutes of this movie on like TBS or something, it's a family like driving away from some monster or something that the camera doesnt show but they hide out in a motel and then they crash and all the sudden its like their new life out in the desert working at a rural diner and these motorcycle dudes pull up and this little girls riding her bike and then these crows fly around taking pictures of different stuff.

At first I was mad because of the casting, Tom Hanks isn't who I would have picked. He ended up doing a good job however! What are your opinions? No arguing, I'm just wondering if anyone else thought it was as good as I. I loved the book, and I love how he incorporated fact into fiction (Yes- some of the book is FACT, my darlings! *grin*) And the way he does it is masterful.

I just read that Rob Zombie is going to do the ninth installment of Halloween.

The ninth installment in the "Halloween" franchise will be "a bit of a prequel and a remake, combined," Zombie said. The film will be set before the events of 1981's "Halloween 2: Halloween Resurrection," and will focus on Myers' origins and development into a serial killer — his youthful years before his commitment to a mental institution.


What do you think the chances of this movie being good are? At this point all I can do is hope.
