At first I was mad because of the casting, Tom Hanks isn't who I would have picked. He ended up doing a good job however! What are your opinions? No arguing, I'm just wondering if anyone else thought it was as good as I. I loved the book, and I love how he incorporated fact into fiction (Yes- some of the book is FACT, my darlings! *grin*) And the way he does it is masterful.

I loved the book, any of Dan Browns work honestly.
I too was a little unsure about Tom Hanks but as usual he did an amazing job. I also thought they picked a good actor for Silas. Paul Bettany was great.

I went into the movie thinking that it would suck compared to the book, but I was surprised that it was that good. I didn't even realize they skipped some of the book until the movie was over.
And I love how they added the scene between Langdon and Sophie, where she asks him for advice about her heritage and he tells her that its up to her to figure it all out, no one can tell her what to think or believe. That's the message that should be talked about.

I didn't read the book but the movie was better than I expected.
The whole plot was very interesting and I thought some of it was certainly plausible.

Yah, i really loved the book as well, and I thought they did a good job with the movie, i really enjoyed it.

Not really at all, I thought it moved way too freakin' slow. The book was better. Glad you liked it though! Sets were really neat!

the book was anyday better....I even heard that harrison ford was the original choice for langdon...but the movie is not bad either!
