At this point, the Halloween series has been ruined by different storylines and the awful Halloween: Resurrection. They may as well remake the series. The current series is going nowhere.
Besides, if it sucks then what? I'll hate it and love the original...just like I do, now. My feelings won't be hurt either way.

I am a huge fan of Rob Zombie's sing and movie talents, however I am really unsure of how well another Halloween movie would to. I love horror movies but I feel like they have fun that story line into the ground. It's just my opinon, so I guess we'll have to wait an see.

it will most likely be shite strait out of a dog aszhole i'd gather...rob zombie is a shitty director and writer and i hope to god that he chokes before they stat production on the movie, or he dies horribly in a car accident or something, nothing quiet, something extremely excruciating for having the audacity to assume that he can direct a halloween movie. I mean seriously, did u see house of a thousand corpses??, i wanted to stab myself in the eyeballs while i was in the theater watching this horseshit, i literally prayed for nuclear holocaust while watching it. Ok here i go again.....because rob zombie is making a halloween movie i want us all to die in 5 minutes from a nuclear holocaust of some sorts ok?, other than that i think it will be a great film....cheers mate.

Well, I'm a huge fan of rob Zombie, Halloween movies, and horror movies in general. If he brings some of the sick **** from house of 1000 corpses to the table and actually makes it into something pyschological, I think it will be very good!!!

Well i love horror films their my fav. I like Rob Zombie but he's only good at trailar park horror..i can't imagine him taking Halloween and making it really scarry without having some sadist act involved which is fine too. I just hope he can carry out the plan and make it awesome because its a classic and if he phuks it up it'll probably be the end of his career.

All I have to say is that he'd better pick the right actor to play Dr. Loomis. Without him the Halloween series would just have been another chop-chop thing. But it was nice to see a character in a horror movie who lasts as long as the killer. Donald Pleasance who played Dr. Loomis was in almost all of them till he died. He was Micheal Myers arch nemisis.

hard to say, but i think the halloween franchise is old enough, and doesnt have that big of a cult following to re-invent it. especially if rob zombie is behind it. i trust him with keeping it fairly similar to the original, while also doing great and unique things to the series as well.

I had a box set of The Amityville Horror (1979) Amityville II: The Possession (1982) Amityville 3D (1983) Amityville 4: The Evil Escapes (1989) . I use to love them! I never read the books though.

Halloween is one of those classics that can't be touched. BUT with Rob Zombie on board, I'm extremely excited to see what he does with this. Rob is a huge fan of the classics, so I believe he'll approach this with ALOT of respect.

I don't think it will be that great but if it is than holy **** I totally bit my tongue on that one.
You know what they'll probably do? They'll probably make a kick *** trailer to draw you into wasting an extensive amount of money to go watch it in theatres as they always do and when you finally go and see it you will be saying to yourself, "Oh ****!!!" So everyone do not buy into the media.
