Yes, and frankly, that disturbs me!

Donnie Darko is probably one of the best cult movies in the last 10 years.

Loved it.

Yes Yes Yes!!! I love this sort of film and the bloody brill soundtrack, although perhaps it makes me weird but oh well...
I love how it goes deeper and is something different, I love all kinds of films and I don't know why, but I must have watched this too many times...
Some must be because Jake Gyllenhaal, which I cannot spell, is gorgeous and it makes you think, unlike so many trivial films now.

'First of all, Papa Smurf didn't create Smurfette. Gargamel did. She was sent in as Gargamel's evil spy with the intention of destroying the Smurf village, but the overwhelming goodness of the Smurf way of life transformed her. And as for the whole gang-bang scenario, it just couldn't happen. Smurfs are asexual. They don't even have reproductive organs under those little white pants. That's what's so illogical, you know, about being a Smurf. What's the point of living if you don't have a dick?'

Just thought I would share that with you...:)
One of my fave lines...:)
God I am sad...
I know people see this film and don't make sense of it. In a weird way it explores if fate controls your life, and if there really is a "line" we cannot see that we are destined to follow and whether we can change this or not.
Right, I'll stop now :)

Loved it with a passion. The first time I saw it I just sat there for like 20 minutes not saying a word... then I hit "play" and watched it again.
