What about most wanted comic for your collection?

I've been contracted to pencil and ink a 24 page one shot. It's a mystery/noir story, and the target audience is women 24-35. Does anyone have any suggestions of books that are popular with a female audience? I'm trying to see what styles of art are best resonating with women. The publisher isn't looking for an anime style, so that's out, but there has to be other stuff that maintains a good popularity among women. I know SiP and Love & Rockets. Anything else?

PS - this isn't a debate about whether or not it's worth the effort to make comics for a female audience. I'm not the one making that decision, I'm just the hired artist. All I'm looking for is some art styles that women like looking at. ;)

i'm just not satisfied about the ending of it recently. it didn't state anything about conrad(lord weller)'s betrayal. i don't understand why did he back of from maoh and worked for big cimaron instead? but he still admire maoh(king yuri) and didn't want to hurt the king when he can do it. and there's no explanation yet about conrad's hand. was it really cut off?
