yes sad to say she died 2 august 1998 i was on the same plane as her once she is......was a very nice lady .i was about 8 yrs and so excited to see her that all i could was cry[ at least that's what my mom and dad tell me] my parents took a picture of me and her then i was about 27 and she came to Edmonton Canada i had no kids it was a kids show BUT I DID NOT CARE i went and say her anyway had the pic with me and she signed it

That would be Shari Lewis, and I think she did pass away.

yes she died. she died a few years ago back in the 1st millennium but before y2k. i used to watch her show all the time when i was a younging. her, seasme street, and captain kangaroo

Yes, she died many years ago of cancer, she was a smoker. It really was sad because she was very talented.
