Batman, he's fought Superman several times and wins just about everytime (he's known to carry Kryptonite just in case he and Superman "disagree"). Mighty Mouse may be a challenge due to his size, but he also has a weakness.
The Fantastic Four would be easy, Bat's would be able to develop gadgets for Torch, Invisible Woman would put up a good fight but Batman would win a stealth battle, the thing is all brute strength and easily beat, And Reed Richards, while smart and having a distance advantage would still be overcome.
The Xmen, lots of powers there, if you include Professor X he wins cause he'd force everyone to stop (he can do it, he normally chooses not to). Or if you include Jean Grey...well all bets are off there especially after she gains the power of Phoenix.
A fair fight? Batman. Cause he fights dirty anyway :)

Batman of course! Superman is a sissy when presented with Kryptonite, Mighty Mouse just needs his cheese taken away from the "Supermarket", the 4's powers will be reversed by Batman by the same stuff that created them, The X Men are a joke!

Batman. Here's how he beats them all.
Superman: Batman carries Kryptonite on his belt in case Superman goes beserk.
Thing: Thing's strong, but has no skill. Batman would take him down.
Human Torch: He's fireproofed himself and probably has some device that extenguishes fire.
Invisible Woman: Batman's faced tougher foes.
Mr. Fantastic: They're on an equal brain level, but Mr. F isn't much of a fighter.
X-Men: Batman could totally school any of them.
Mighty Mouse: You're kidding, right?
But seriously, Batman is one tough cookie. He's also smart. These guys don't stand a chance.

Wolverine because he's invulnerable and Superman is vulnerable to Kryptonite. Otherwise, Superman could kick everyone else's *** because Batman doesn't have any superpowers, mighty mouse is like 3 inches tall and can be squished, Superman can pretty much kill all fantastic four heroes with his heat vision, super strength and speed. But Wolverine could get a hold of Kryptonite and kill Superman with ease with his claws.

Superman.. cause the only thing that'll kill him is kryptonite and I doubt any of the others would carry that round with them.
We need to know the conditions of the fight.. weapons or no?
Cause kryptonite would class as a weapon.

relies upon on what shark it became and how deep the water became because of the fact if its shallower then the croc has the ease yet whilst its deep and is a huge white then its mouth would be larger than the crocs and it will win.
