Oh yes!!!! I have 2 boys who are 1 and 2, For some reason this is their favorite show. I went and ordered them like 10 Charlie and Lola books. They are so cute. Lola really is something:)
One of my youngest sons first words was Lola but he said it wowa:)

Charlie and Lola are so sweet
but deal with quite tricky issues - sharing, having to do things you don't want to, getting along with each other
We love it and use it all the time in school
The only cartoon that deals with issues better is the Bearnstein Bears

The best kids cartoon is Avatar; The Last Airbender. If you mean little kids, I don't know. I stopped watching Nick Jr. and Playhouse Disney in 1st Grade.
