Have you ever had obsessive/stalker-ish tendancies towards another person?

Did it go well for you/ end up embarrasing you or get you into hot water?

And where is the line drawn at being in awe of someone and the start of being a stalker?

I went to dinner with my husband, a male friend of ours, Jim, and his new girlfriend, Dorothy.

While eating dinner we got on the subject of vacations. Dorothy said that she wanted to go to Gotham City for her next vacation.

I tried to explain to her that it wasn't a real place. She laughed and said "It is, too. It's where Batman lives".

I laughed and looked over at Jim who smiled and told me she was serious. I then tried to explain. "Batman does not exist. Why do you think there have been four of them: Bale, Clooney, Kilmer and Keaton?"

She looked me straight in the eye and said, "That's because he doesn't want anyone to know who he really is."

This morning, I was in a huge hurry and on my way to work. I was
preoccupied with what my day held and I rear-ended a car at a
stop light because I was not really paying attention. I had hot coffee
in my lap and I was running late.

"Great, just great", I moaned.

The driver opened his door, leaned out of his car and stared at me. He
was a dwarf. He got out, studied the damage on his bumper and walked towards me as I rolled down my window.

He said, "I am not happy."

"Don't Tase Me ,Bro'!".....seems to be the quote of the month and now you can buy the T-shirts and other gear with this notable capture on it.

So the media is spending more time covering who is getting tased, especially those who die as a result (and I don't think such deaths are wide-spread or common but they've occurred). Are we going to declare tasers cruel and unusual punishment, i.e. unconstitutional?

I've never been tased but those who have typically comment on how very much it hurts. If you've been tased, I'd appreciate hearing your view on this. If you are a member of the police or a part of a security group that uses tasers, I'd appreciate hearing from you too.

I don't have a particular opinion on this but it reminds me of an old Sci-Fi movie where the ruling class had these thick metal electronic club devices that could be set to varying levels of pain or pleasure. They were used to keep a group of people in slavery until there was a huge uprising and revolution.

Keith Urban, Rascall Flatts, Taylor Swift, Big and Rich, Cowboy Troy, and many others like them like to call themselves country singers. Does anyone else but me think that is stupid? All good singers and song writers, but call a spade a spade,
Keith Urban - pretty boy pop singer
Rascall Flatts - middle aged boy band
Taylor Swift - rock and a little annoying
Big and Rich - horrible singers and rock/pop
Cowboy Troy - Rap, hick hop doesnt exists

Go to MTV where you belong and leave the country music to country singers
