You're kind of average looking now. Don't worry about it, a good friend of mine in college was very average looking then but, now that he's in his 40's, he's fabulous. You might be a late bloomer like him.

You are not at all ugly - in fact I think you have the potential to be stunning. You are only very young and, as you mature, your looks will develop, not least because you will no doubt help them along with things that complement them, like skincare, corrective dental work, choice of hairstyle, etc. One thing you can always do which makes a huge difference, is to have good posture when you walk, stand or sit. Look confident and it will help you to feel confident.

you're an average. but i think changing this hair style would make you look much better. let it grow...like reaching up to the eyebrows...or any other style you like.
but yes, i'd say again...you're not ugly. you just have to work on your appearence a little.
