I still have no idea who it was. But it scared me really bad because they would say stuff like "I loved your pretty blonde hair. come down to the water so I can get a better look.." "how come you don't remember me?"

L - Deathnote: In my opinion he was the best.

Uryu Ishida - Bleach: Not one of my favorite characters, but thinks like a champ.

Shikamaru Nara - Naruto: I can't get enough of his planning.
