for me it was safer to play outside for children. I remember being out in our neighborhood until 10:00 or 11;00 pm playing and always felt safe. now I am afraid to let my grandchildren outside by themselves period. damn pedophiles, kidnappers, violence etc this world seems so unsafe anymore

first of all, im a freshman. all my classes are fine but my drama class. i feel that my drama teacher is unjust and he pays special attention to certain students. he praises good looking students more and gives them more stage presence. i want to be an actress when i grow up and he's practically threatening my chances because he's not giving me opportunities to go on stage. when he does call upon me to go on stage, his only reaction afterwards is 'okay'. i feel that i have a growing talent but the next student with as much talent as me gets special treatments; the good looking ones are praised and encouraged. i feet distraught and discouraged. i really dislike my teacher. btw, my parents are also discouraging me of becoming an actress. i feel that the world doesn't want me to act. everyone's going against me. should i start a new slip at a new school?

and btw, i don't want to talk it out with this teacher because he's impossible.
