Both. When I was a skinny little girl in middle school some people made me feel like I needed bigger boobs. But by highschool I had them.
Sadly, I did some picking on and it haunts me. Kids can be mean.

I got to admit I was a terrible kid.
A victim of mine, her father came over to my house when a kid and talked to my father about me picking on his girl, I was so humiliated! I hid from my father for some time, I new what was coming when he found me. My father put me straight!
This same girl confronted me in high school I apologized like crazy and would not have blamed her for not excepting my apology. She did not realize what had happened to me when my father got a hold of me, and I was not going to tell her (just a excuse).
I have always remembered that girl walking up to me and telling me off for the way I treated her in grade school .I deserved every bit of the telling off she gave me in high school! I also give the girl (who is a women with a family of her own now I bet), coodo's for confronting me like she did.
I think everyone who was bullied in there younger age should confront at some point in there life's there tormentor. Bullies have no reason for being that way.

never picked on much, but I was the class clown. Thought about it later, and decided it doesn't work. I have to start doing this homework. My teacher knows I'm trying to get out of it. Now she's calling my mom.uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhh

I was picked on alot in elementary and middle school because I was white, even the teachers did it. It was pretty bad until i went to high school. In middle school girls would jump me all the time with their friends, and i would always kick the crap out of them (in self-defense), yet I was the only one who got in trouble. I got expelled for breaking a girl's nose after one semester.

I "picked" and when I think back on (high school) it I'm stunned remembering how we acted towards the "not cool" people.
I know my fellow cheerleaders were a terrible influence on me and I remember how they lead me and I followed.
Sad to say, I don't think I knew any better.
I didn't grow up to be a jerk tho. Yay.

Yes I went to a small school in a small town where half the class happened to be morons. They would say completely stupid "nasty" things until one day i smashed a milk carton on the bullys face, and he never talked trash around me again. It was 4th grade.
