Have you ever not recognized a relative?

Right after I got married, I was working in one of those big chain drugstores. A couple asked me where to find something, so I showed them where it was, and they kept asking for more help. I was basically a personal shopper for them for a while. Finally, with a sly grin, they asked me if I had any idea who they were. I knew then that I was supposed to know them, but had no idea that they were my wife's favorite aunt and uncle. She comes from a very large family.
Have you ever had anything like that happen to you?

Is it just me, or does it seem that most Japanese anime...?

... has strong pedophilic undertones? For instance, it seems like the younger the female character, the more gratuitous panty shots there are. Or you've always got these little twelve year old girls with massive cleavage, and little hearts floating up from their ninja-warrior blade as they slice through zombies, monsters, and whatnot ('cause every anime character has to be a ninja warrior...) Is there just a major obsession with preteen girls in Japan, or what? Oh, and don't get me started on the voices.

What are the lyrics to the spoof of the "carol of the bells" song?

I remember hearing a song once, a satyre, i guess, to the tune of "carol of the bells" but i only remember bits and pieces of it....i know it was like a darker (but funny) song and said"bloody bloody bloody christmas" and then at the end something about butterflies.....O_O i think it was something connected to an anime, maybe?

White Boy, joke?

A little Mexican boy goes into the kitchen where his Mom is
baking. He puts his Hand in the flour and then wipes it all

His Mom slaps his face and says, "Go show your Father."

I'm white, I follow hip-hop/rap culture, and dress accordingly, so....?

Does anyone else find 'wigger' to be a stupid term? I won't even get into the fact that it seems to be a contraction of the words white and ni***r. Just because a young white person such as myself is into it, should not make us the target of ridicule, right? It should actually be embraced. Since we are practicing diversity in a way. But no, somebody always has to trash on it. I don't talk in any way other than what comes natural, I don't put on a performance 24/7 to "look" a certain way. I just like rap, and I like urban gear.
