The cosmos -- considering there are hundreds of billions of stars within our galaxy, and if given the best view from every point on Earth we can only see about 2000 of them with our naked eye. Beyond our galaxy are hundreds of billions of galaxies just like the Milky Way. The mere thought of how massive the universe must be is both frightening and exciting at the same time.
